You can set up journey to nudge new users that have not performed the KYC process and nudge them to do so. These journeys can contain content going out through different channels like email, SMS, push notification, in-app message, etc.
I have set up automated journeys on Customer IO to nudge users to take specific actions like KYC and initial funding.
