I developed a dynamic growth model aimed at guiding strategic direction and setting monthly objectives. I also curated an experiments document to catalog and analyze various initiatives undertaken, showcasing a proactive approach to driving growth.
A growth model represents the metrics that influence the north start metric of a product or business. For example, my goal at Rise was to grow AUM, and so my model contained the different metrics that contribute to that figure: new signups, activation rate, active funders and more. This allowed me to identify high-impact growth levers to explore.
